This feature visualizes the connections between customers and individuals within an organization. It is particularly helpful in complex sales deals with various stakeholders, because it enables the identification of key contact points and the organization’s decision-making process. Thanks to these insights, sales executives can tailor their strategies to improve closing rates.  

Additionally, this function helps turn deals and contacts into a systematic management dashboard. This information used to heavily rely on sales representatives’ experience and memory, but now it is a shared organizational asset which can be shared across members and apartments to facilitate smooth handover if contacts change. 

How to get started with Relationship Map?

1. Registering and visualizing network information

Sales executives first register customer information along with the connections between stakeholders and their roles within the organization. These connections are displayed in a diagram that makes the overall network structure clear at a glance.

Because the system integrates relationships across multiple deals, executives can quickly understand how their organization is connected to the customer. Different types of relationships, including family, friendship, and business ties, are also categorized clearly.

2. Tagging key individuals

Sales executives can tag each person with details such as department, position, rank, and whether they are a key decision-maker. This tagging enables the development of communication strategies that take into account each individual’s role and interests, helping executives approach stakeholders more effectively.

3. Identifying key people and applying insights to strategies

Even when direct contact is not possible, referral routes through mutual connections can be identified, allowing executives to build trust and advance their sales activities.
