Geniee, Inc. is delighted to announce that GENIEE SFA/CRM, its sales management tool, now supports integration with JAPAN AI, an AI platform provided by group company JAPAN AI Inc.
Purpose: The elimination of manual data export
The new plugin allows sales representatives to simply paste a GENIEE SFA/CRM opportunity or report URL directly into JAPAN AI. The AI agent then automatically retrieves and analyzes all relevant data in real time, including opportunity information, activity history, and internal chat notes.
This innovative method removes the need for manual data export and screen switching. Sales representatives can instead focus on reviewing AI-generated analysis and determining next actions.
Key Features
- Single-deal analysis: Pasting a sales opportunity URL triggers the AI agent to instantly retrieve and analyze all associated data, from activity history to notes.
- Cross-sectional and bulk analysis: Multiple opportunity URLs can be pasted simultaneously to surface qualitative trends — such as common reasons for lost deals. Report URLs enable bulk retrieval and aggregation of data across dozens of deals, providing team-wide insights for sales strategy formulation.
- Natural language queries: Where GENIEE SFA/CRM previously required filter settings to extract specific information, users can now query data using plain natural language. The AI also analyzes qualitative content within activity histories — information that was difficult to surface through filters alone — and compiles findings into instant reports.
