Geniee is excited to introduce a new feature to its customer data platform Geniee CDP – Known as “AI Dashboard Auto-Generation”.
About the feature
The new function allows users to quickly aggregate data within GENIEE CDP and generate dashboards in the form of tables and graphs – with simple, natural-language instructions. Example prompts include: “Show me the top 30 customers with the highest order amounts,” or “Show me the monthly sales trends for the entire period in a bar graph.”
The feature provides two major benefits for users. First, it allows them to automate tasks without specialized technical knowledge. Even users unfamiliar with SQL or BI tools can conduct complex analyses using conversational instructions.
Second, it fosters a unified approach to operations. Dashboards, after being generated, can be shared with other members or saved as templates for regular reports.
Background and purpose
Even after being introduced to CDP and BI tools, companies still face challenges that cause major bottlenecks in their organization. For example, report creation may be under control by specific individual staff, so other departments have difficulty accessing data when they need it urgently. This addition hopes to enable transparent, traceable, and independent access to necessary data for effective reporting.
Future outlook
Geniee plans to continue expanding the platform’s environment so that employees across departments and skill levels can explore data and test hypotheses without complex setup work. The company aims for GENIEE CDP to serve as data utilization infrastructure supporting AX (AI transformation) and everyday decision-making across the organization.
