Title: Global Demand Planner (Contractor/ Project-based)

- Contract Period: March 2026 – December 2026 (subject to agreement)
ROLE OVERVIEW
- This role is positioned as a planner and communicator, supporting projects by coordinating between clients and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely responses and alignment
- Coordinate with internal teams (media planner, creative, ad campaign ops) to fulfill client requests
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs and action items
- Support creative production coordination (designer briefing, timeline follow-up, final delivery)
- Review performance reports and support preparation and presentation of client-facing materials
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong English communication skills (Japanese is a plus)
- 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, ad tech, or related fields
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and online advertising concepts
- Experience working with media plans, reports, and client decks
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across regions
