Title: ADVERTISING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Job description: 

• Understand Geniee’s & Google’s products and partners tools
• Prepare ad tags to sell Geniee inventory (ad impression) to our partners
• Deliver analysis and recommendations on inventory allocation, pricing, and system improvement for yield management
• Support Sales team in solving customer issues regarding system and revenue
• Other tasks and reports assigned by managers/leaders.

Job requirements: 

Experience: No previous experience is required

Must-haves: 

• Vietnamese/Permanent residents ONLY 
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Native or business English level is a must 
• Good command of office equipment systems
• Basic knowledge of Office, Email, Internet and Computer application
• Numerate/Analytical skill and logical thinking
• Hardworking, willing to acquire new knowledge and skills, ability to learn and research by yourself

Nice-to-haves: 

• Education level related to Economic fields is a plus
• Basic knowledge of the Online advertising industry is a plus
• Experience in website development or website testing
• Basic knowledge of Google products, especially Google AdExchange, Google Adsense and Admob is a plus

Employment Package: 

• Salary: $450~$500 (depending on experience and capability) 
• Working hour: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday
• Social, public health and unemployment insurance as defined in the Labor Code 
• PTI insurance for staff and 1 family member
• 12 days’ annual leave and 1 birthday leave
• Salary review: twice per financial year
• Half-year bonus: up to 100% of monthly gross salary
• Most valuable person award per half-year
• Quarterly incentive: When reaching the KPI target
