Job description: 

  • Geniee Vietnam seeks a passionate Advertising Operation Assistant who will work closely with teams (supply side business) of headquarter in Japan and other offices in SEA to support any requests/tasks on the system. The position requires operators to understand Geniee’s products (Geniee Aladdin SSP) and partner’s tools, and to perform some of the following tasks from each SSP team.

*** Key Responsibilities

  • Be able to operate and work with systems/platforms to prepare ad tags to sell Geniee inventory (ad impression) to our partners.
    Chuẩn bị code quảng cáo để bán tài nguyên quảng cáo của Geniee cho các đối tác;
  • Contact advertising partners about campaign operations, revenue optimization and other troubleshoot problems.
    Liên hệ các đối tác quảng cáo, về các vấn đề liên quan đến vận hành chiến dịch, cài đặt chất lượng quảng cáo;
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with related departments (Tech, AdOps and QA team in JP headquarter).
    Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan (phòng kỹ thuật, kinh doanh tại Hội sở Nhật Bản)
  • Other tasks and reports assigned by managers/leaders.
  • Các nhiệm vụ và báo cáo khác được giao bởi trưởng nhóm/ trưởng phòng   
  • Use Japanese at work mainly through chat (Slack, email, messenger). Direct communication in Japanese is not required.(It is a plus if you can.
  • Trao đổi công việc chủ yếu qua chat và email, không yêu cầu giao tiếp tiếng Nhật trực tiếp.
  • Most of the work involves operating the company’s system, which is a product of Geniee.

Job requirements: 

Must-haves:

  • Have command of Japanese and English: N3 level Japanese is a must (N2 is preferrable) & basic English communication.
  • Good at reading and writing Japanese. Speaking is not required.
  • Good at handling work through chat and email.
  • Good command of office equipment systems (email, internet, Microsoft Office and related software).
  • We accept on job training for non-experienced candidates, but having knowledge of operating systems/platforms or Javascript/HTML/CSS is a plus.

Working hour: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday

Employment Package: 

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Working hour: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday.
  • 12 days Annual Leave

  • Salary review: twice per year
  • Half-year bonus: up to 50% of monthly gross salary/half year
