Job Description

  • Develop full-stack features for Geniee SFA/CRM service application (Sales Force Automation, Customer Relationship Management)
  • Implement new features based on business team’s requirements
  • Monitor network and system to prevent threats or system faults
  • Optimize web application for maximum speed, scalability and efficiency
  • Stay current with latest technology trends and adopt new tools/practices
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

Must Have (At least ONE of the following technical requirements)

  1. Backend Focus:
    • At least 2 years experience in backend development using Python
    • Experience in cloud services (AWS, GCP)
  2. Frontend Focus:
    • At least 2 years experience in frontend development using React and Typescript

Common Must Have Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in web application development
  • Experience in product development based on cloud computing
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Nice to Have

  • Experience in both frontend (React/Vue.js/AngularJS) and backend (Python) development
  • Domain knowledge in sales support systems (Sales Force Automation)
  • Experience building customer management systems (CRM/ERP)
  • Experience with large-scale data infrastructure and distributed processing
  • Experience in UI/UX development
  • Experience building product infrastructure in cloud environments
  • Agile/Scrum development experience
  • Japanese communication skills
