With the mission of enhancing the development and technical capability of the overseas subsidiary (GENIEE Vietnam), we would like to let Geniee Vietnam members train the local development team and improve the development process.

The local development team will work closely with the head office in Japan to develop and maintain SFA product.

GENIEE is aiming to create a global team structure regardless of nationality in the future. In order to build  a seamless development environment with the Japanese development team, we are looking for an engineer who can act as a bridge across boundaries.

Technical lead

• Support in new technology selection/Hỗ trợ lựa chọn công nghệ mới

• Organising issues and considering policies in the system/Tổ chức các vấn đề và xem xét các chính sách trong hệ thống
• Dealing with technical issues (technical policy, direction, decision-making)/Xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật (chính sách kỹ thuật, chỉ đạo, ra quyết định)
• Infrastructure design, performance optimization/Thiết kế cơ sở hạ tầng, tối ưu hóa hiệu suất

Requirement definition, design and implementation/Tiếp nhận yêu cầu, thiết kế và triển khai

• Formulation and improvement of development process (implementation and improvement of Agile practices)/Xây dựng và cải tiến quy trình phát triển theo mô hình Agile
• Alignment and modification of development requirement with stakeholders/Điều chỉnh và sửa đổi yêu cầu phát triển với các bên liên quan
• Formulation of design and policy implementation (including hands-on work)/Xây dựng thiết kế và thực hiện chính sách (bao gồm cả công việc thực hành)

• Delivery correspondence, failure correspondence

Requirements

Must-have

• More than 5 years of experience, including experience working with Japanese company/client
• Experience in product development based on cloud (AWS, GCP)
• Full-stack experience using Python, React, Node.js, TypeScript, etc.
• Good knowledge of algorithm and data structure
• Experience in leading a team with Agile development model
• Good communication skills
• English at communication skill (can read material, discuss in chat/mail)

• Japanese-English bilingual (or proficient in either Japanese or English).

Nice-to-have

• Have knowledge in sales support system (Sales Force Automation) area
• Tech lead experience (architecture, technology selection, code review, etc.)
• DevOps experience (Docker, Lambda, CI/CD)
• Experience in developing large-scale services (mainly web application)
